Psychological reasons and solutions of mental stress

 


Once again I,Rajendra welcome you at the blog of positivity spreading group Samprabha.

As we all know that psychological factors include interest, needs and motives. That's why we can say that the factors responsible for mental stress are same as mentioned above. Now we will discuss the core reasons of mental stress with solutions.

1)Need vs Availablity

A person having balanced and instructed needs usually doesn't become the victim of mental stress. Because with fulfilling his/her requirements,his/her motivation level and work strength increases gradually.

That's why if we want to free from mental stress then we should use our energy in integrated form.

2)Instant incidents

If anyone suppose to fix this situations of daily life then it is a vain effort. A person should be always prepared to face the  problems besides situational inertia and he or she should use related adjustment tools.

For example if anyone loses his or her family member then it is natural to become sad. But his/her motivation level to fight against the situations must be very high.

3) Having Id type personality

According to Sigmund Freud Id type personality is a type of personality in which the person gives more importance to physical requirements than intellectual development. The person who have this type personality doesn't work according to reality he or she always live in daydreaming.

If we want to make become stress free then we must give up this type personality it means that we should focus on having a balanced personality.

4) individual differences

The main problem in this context is that every person indirectly have a false understanding in his or her mind that world it is made for him/her but that is not correct. We shouldn't discover always our personal profits in the lifestyle of others.

✓we should prepare good listeners in the world.

✓every individual should have acceptance of the ideas and thinking of others.

✓we should control our emotions properly

5) continuous failures versus the path of success

A- if we want to live tension free life then we should adopt the process of diagnosis and remedies.We shouldn't give the reference always about number of our efforts.

B- we should hear and watch the the stories of successful candidates when we we get failures.

C-we should take failure as an another occasion.

D- we should follow the theory of 'one more effort'.

6) change in stage of  human development

According to psychological principles every stage of development has its own possible challenges. With changing stage of development our philosophy also changes. That's why we must have ability to adjust with new situations.

It is duty of parents and teachers that they should give proper education of sex and morality to the children.
