Love for Nature : It Heals It feels

The present Era of modernisation and development is the result of extreme exploitation of natural and human resources. We have made this development a curse for ourselves. No one can deny the effect of modernisation on different aspects of people's life. Education, communication and even social relationship have undergone different changes. Meanwhile, adolescents are the most vulnerable group suffering from the negative effects of modernisation. What is more important is that adolescent preferred to have electronic entertainment and online teaching which helps them to make more isolated. Technologies particularly substituted for nature as the source of recreation and entertainment.


            But all these problems can be cured by making good relation with nature. People who are more connected with nature are happier, feel more vital and have more meanings in their lives. Humans have long intuited that being in nature is good for mind Nad body. Being closer to nature or viewing nature is good for mind and body, being closer to nature or viewing nature improves our well being. Even viewing nature improves our well being. Even viewing nature pictures reduces the physiological symptoms of stress in our bodies. What this means is that we are less likely to be anxious and fearful in nature and thereby we can be more open to other people and to creative patterns of our thoughts. Viewing natural beauty activates specific reward circuits in the brain associated with dopamine release that gives us joy, and energy to pursue our goals. Dangerous mental diseases like depression and anxiety can be overcome by making relation with nature. Being in nature not only reduces stress but increases pleasant feelings.
               According to different studies, when hospital room had flowers and foliage, post-surgery patients needed fewer painkillers and reported less fatigue and merely looking at the picture of nature does speed up mental restoration and improve cognitive functioning. According to the university of 'Illinois' suggests that the residents in Chicago public housing who had trees and garden space around their buildings reported knowing more people, having stronger feelings of unity with neighbours, being more concerned with helping and supporting each other.
              In this modern world, it is necessary to be connected with nature which will help you to live your life happily. So now it's up to you what you choose?

  2. प्रकृति को मत भूलो और वह हमे नही भूलेगी । आधुनिकी करण तरक्की और पर्यावरण दोनो एक साथ चले तो ज्यादा बेहतर होगा ।
