The Innovations and Suggestions for Sustainable Agriculture and Sustainable Development

Once again I Rajendra welcome to you at the blog of SAMPRABHA group, as we all know that agriculture is base of life and farmer is like God. Because he provides us with food and other byproducts.

Today we are going to discuss the innovative ideas and suggestions which should be implemented in Indian agriculture during the upcoming time period.

1) Adopt vertical farming:-Since the land in India for agriculture is abating day by day that's why vertical farming is the best alternate for the future of agriculture.

What is vertical farming:-

This is the innovative type of farming where the soil is not the elementary thing or factor to get agricultural products. In this innovative agriculture technique, we make a water tank in our room and after this, we can set many layers (which contains pots with crops) above this water tank in our room.

The basic elements to grow the crop are solved in the water which is used for irrigation.

Benefits of vertical farming:-

1) it stops the soil pollution.

2) it ends the limit of soil's presence for agriculture.

3) it contains less use of water.

4) it may be applied in urban areas.

2) Use sprinkling and drop-drop irrigation system:-

As we all know that many parts of India are facing the problem of lack of water that's why the conventional irrigation system has become useless and anti-requirement now we should adopt sprinkling system so that we can grow more plants in less water. The drop-Drop irrigation system is another upgraded version of innovative irrigation. It (drop-drop irrigation system) contains in the method of irrigation in which water is being sent in roots of crops.

These types of irrigation systems may end the world's anxiety about agriculture's future without more water.

3) Adopt greenhouse farming:-

No one is unfamiliar with India's altering geographical conditions that's why it was impossible to grow any particular crop in every part of India but greenhouse farming may be boon for this situation.

Benefits of greenhouse farming

1) it provides an isothermal environment that's why there is no fear of destroying crops due to changes in climate and weather.

2) we can reduce the geographical limits in agriculture.

3) we can sow more than one type of seeds.

4) it provides more production.

4) Educate farmers and preach more about agriculture science:-

Education is the best weapon to change every situation and deed of this world. Especially Indian farmers get less production than their hard work due to lack of awareness about newly adopted techniques in agriculture.

Still, agriculture is supposed as the occupation of illiterate people in India but we shouldn't forget that every developed country engages educated persons also in agriculture so that the country can get more production with the abolition of traditional methods of cultivating.

Our governments should try to encourage the students to get admission and show their interest in agriculture science. Educated farmers will be able to

1) understand the importance of their hard work

2) adopt smart technologies of agriculture

3) know about the real prices of their production

4)escape from the exploitation of mediators.

5) Mixed Farming:-

This type of farming contains the method in which the farmers have animals and milk production by those animals with agriculture.

Benefits of mixed farming:-

1) Droughts will not compel the farmers to commit suicide

2) it may be a source of extra income for farmers

3) the farmers will be able to use the by-products of crops.
